Beautiful facilities, good location, mostly helpful staff

Instructions on how to use keywords and power in the unit was not super clear (for instance, hot water for shower)

location, swimming pool any gym were good

It’s not clean, poor internet and elevators take too long time to reach your floor i almost missed my train where i waited more than 10 minutes just for elevator!!.

Royce Residence is a very beautiful residence located north of the Petronas Towers. The apartment was large (2 large bedrooms, a large living room, 2 bathrooms), very well equipped, with a balcony and a magnificent view of the city and the towers. The rooftop swimming pool also offers a spectacular view. The location is good for going to KLCC park (10 minutes on foot), for other areas, we preferred the taxi. Good quality accommodation in Kuala Lumpur.

Communication was quite informal, with a lot of instructions to follow, which were not always very clear.
